I know that this blog of mine is usually reserved to recent photo sessions and the likes but I love sharing what I find really beautiful as well. This is a beautiful portrait of actress Kate Winslet and her husband Sam Mendes – I love the use of the backdrop with the torn edges as an afterthought, part of the background really. I love the blue cast and I wonder how much is Photoshop or if this it was shot with coloured gels on the lights.
Annie Leibovitz – you are my goddess of photography! My husband got me the book Annie Leibovitz At Work for Christmas and when I read it, it just put me in an Annie Leibovitz mood.
