If the client wishes to publish the photos for promotion or commercial use of any kind, permission from the photographer Vivian Doan must be obtained in a proper manner and possible fees for use of the photo(s) may be applied.
The photographer reserves the right to use the photographs for her blog, website, self-promotion or contests. If the photographs is to be printed or displayed in a public forum other than her personal blog or website, a model release will be sent to the client.
