I had a really great photo session yesterday with one of the nominees of Elle Quebec’s Woman of the Year award. Marie-Claude Pelletier is the founder of Les Effrontes, a stylists studio in Outremont who has helped Montrealers look and feel better through the way they dress.
In October of this year, she hosted a special event that I also had the opportunity to photograph where Les Effrontes donated their time and clothes to women who were getting back into the work environment but who may not have the means to buy new clothing.
She’s a wonderful person and I wish her luck. The winner is to be announced in the February 2008 issue of Elle Quebec! Here is the portrait she chose to submit to Elle Quebec.
